Where is the SIM card from in the regular ZHAGA node?
When we make the proposal for your project, the sim card we use is from Germany 1nce ( www.1nce.com )
2.
How much does this sim card cost per year?
When we make the quotation to you, the price is containing the sim card fee for 5 years as default, means you will only to pay the sim card fee 4 usd per sim card per year since the 6th year.
3.
Can i use my local sim card?
Yes, sure, you can use your card, but you will need to send the sim card by courier to us when we do the production, the sim card is sealed inside of the ZHAGA enclosure which is IP66.
4.
How can i pay the fee since 6th year if Auroras provide the sim card?
You are supposed to contact our team and forward the sim card fee to us, we will coordinate with our partner to pay to provider of the sim card www.1nce.com
5.
How much will the solar light cost with 4G ZHAGA node?
The extra cost is about 50~60usd per light more to add the 4G ZHAGA node depends the quantity of your order. the sim card fee of 5 years is already included in this 50~60usd which means you do not need to pay anything at the begining of 5 years.
